Travis Barker and Damiano David have lunch together in California. What do they have in mind?

Travis Barker and Damiano David enter a restaurant, it is not the beginning of a joke or even a fairy tale for little rock stars but it is what really happened in Calabasas , California, more precisely in Crossroads Kitchen.

The 48-year-old American Travis Barker, drummer of Blink-182 and now a legend on the music scene, was paired with our own Damiano David, a young 25-year-old but with all it takes to continue his extraordinary rise to the Olympus of global stars.

The web promptly excludes that the two met simply to have a friendly chat over a plate of pasta and suspects a musical collaboration . The union between two talented personalities, outside the box and with shared passions but coming from different generations, could give light to featurings with interesting influences, with all it takes to become hits!

This is certainly what fans of the two groups hope for. Although, according to many, this potential collaboration could coincide with Damiano’s first step towards a solo musical project.

He himself, in December, declared on the hypothesis of being able to fly alone professionally: «Why not? I think it could be a very healthy thing but also a very destructive thing. The only thing that matters is getting along with the band, because the band is, and always will be, what gave me everything I have.”

Among the users there are those who think that Damiano and Travis are drawing up a business plan for a punk-rock clothing brand and those who are relaunching with a line of genderless nail polishes.

All options are valid, plausible and open… we just have to wait to find out if it was an “end in itself” meeting.

We don’t even rule out that, in the future, Damiano could appear in a clip from the TV series The Kardashians , perhaps in the background of one of the many passionate kisses between Travis Barker and his wife Kourtney Kardashian.
