Travis Barker Warns His Daughter ‘Not To Run Away With A Boy’

Travis Barker, who’s been criticized for his parenting skills lately, has shown a protective side as a father toward his daughter, Alabama.

The 18-year-old recently had a chat with her dad on TikTok, asking him questions about going out on her own and hanging out with boys. When she wondered what her dad would do if she tried to sneak out of the house alone, Barker explained:

“[I would] tell you how dangerous it is and maybe try to put you on a restriction.”

Her following question read:

“What would you do if I went out with a boy, and I just completely stopped answering?”

And the drummer replied:

“I would come to your location, and I would find you.”

Travis also mentioned he’s not comfortable with the idea of Alabama being at home alone with a boy, especially if they go to a bedroom and close the door. He said he’d check on her.

Travis Barker’s Fatherhood Has Been In The Media’s Attention

This interview between father and daughter came after the TikToker’s birthday outfit caused a stir on social media.

Alabama wore a strapless dress made of see-through black lace with a midsection cutout in a video celebrating her new age on December 24. Seeing the dress, social media users harshly criticized Barker and his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler, for not meddling with their daughter’s ‘inappropriate’ fashion choices.

The Blink-182 drummer, who also has a son named Landon with Moakler, remained silent against these comments. Among the backlash, he welcomed a son, Rocky Thirteen, with his wife, Kourtney Kardashian, in November.

Now, the drummer is a father to three biological children. He is also stepfather to Kardashian’s three kids, Mason, Penelope, and Reign, as well as Moakler’s 24-year-old daughter Atiana.
