For many bodybuilding enthusiasts, the dream of seeing Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, grace the bodybuilding stage at Mr. Olympia seems like a distant fantasy.

But the WWE superstar has not given any such hints to his fans so far.

However, a unique claim by IFBB pro-Greg Doucette has ignited a debate regarding the possibility of The Rock competing at Mr. Olympia at the age of 90.

The popular bodybuilding coach and YouTuber Greg Doucette Recently posted a reaction video to Johnson’s workout.

The video has been getting a lot of attention as it is a perfect blend of satire and humor.

Greg Doucette’s satirical comment on the workout approach of Dwayne Johnson

Greg Doucette, a prominent IFBB pro and fitness YouTuber, made a sarcastic comment regarding The Rock’s ability to compete at Mr. Olympia at the age of 90.

He pointed out the fact that while the rock has put a whopping weight of 275 pounds on the bench, he was doing an inclined bench press on a Smith machine and that too wasn’t with a full range of motion.

“Did you watch his range of motion, notice does he go all the way down to his chest. No!”, Doucette said.

Doucette humorously pointed out that even at the age of 10, The Rock was lifting weights lighter than what he currently handles in his 50s.

He jokingly suggested that if The Rock continues to improve and lift heavier weights until he reaches the age of 90, he might have a chance to compete at the prestigious bodybuilding event.

However, this is not the first time when the bodybuilding coach has opened up about The Rock’s training method.

Greg defends Dwayne Johnson’s approach

Recently the Rock’s video was getting scrutinized by the fitness community as the most electrifying superstar was not performing the full range of motion while doing bench presses.

However, the IFBB pro took a stand for Johnson and came up with a strong answer to all the trollers.

Doucette uploaded a video on his YouTube account defending his views against the critics.

He emphasized the significance of focussing on the strategy that best matches one’s growth.

The fitness expert went on to say that Johnson’s enormous reputation and following are to blame for the careless targeting of his fitness approach.

Douchtte’s video highlights the fact that even Satire and humor can help anyone to talk about the most serious issues in a light manner.

However, it would be crucial to see what the rock has to say about the popular YouTuber’s opinion.
