Fans were dejected when it was reported that Taylor Swift didn’t celebrate rumoured boyfriend Travis Kelce’s birthday with him, but new reports say they might have had a ‘chill’ night together

Taylor Swift was a no-show when Travis Kelce was spotted celebrating his birthday, but sources claim the blossoming couple had a private celebration.

Fans seemed to think that Travis celebrated his 34th birthday without his rumoured girlfriend.

The Kansas City Chiefs player was seen out at Golden Ox, a steakhouse in Kansas City, to celebrate his birthday though they reportedly didn’t order a cake or candles.

Travis also took a photo with a fan while at the steakhouse and was joined by his agent and two teammates for the meal.

Taylor also wasn’t spotted at his birthday game that took place three days after his actual birthday.

However, US Weekly reported that Taylor did come to town to celebrate Travis’ birthday.

On Friday, the day after his birthday, Taylor reportedly boarded a plane to Kansas City, Missouri from Nashville, Tennessee.

The Love Story singer and NFL tight end reportedly had a “chill night” in private before Taylor left for an unknown reason Sunday, ahead of Travis’ birthday game.

The Kansas City Chiefs played the Minnesota Vikings at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis.

Fans were surprised not to see Taylor at the game, as she had attended his two previous games.

She first appeared in Kansas City at Arrowhead Stadium on September 24 in Travis’ VIP suite along with his mum, Donna Kelce.

Taylor then brought an entourage with her to Travis’ next game at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey.

Famous friends like Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and Sophie Turner showed up to support the Chiefs and possibly check out their friend’s new beau.

Kansas City Chiefs won both games, and Travis has reportedly referred to the singer as his “good luck charm.”

He seems elated to be talking to Taylor, saying in one interview that seeing her is better than winning the Super Bowl.

Their reported romance started out when Travis mentioned to his brother, Jason Kelce, on their podcast that he went to see the singer perform on her Eras tour at the very stadium he plays in. He shared his sadness that he wasn’t able to talk to Taylor.

“I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butt hurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her,” he said. The bracelet he made had his phone number on it.
