Dwayne Johnson last had a major feud in WWE for two consecutive years in 2012 and 2013. In that program WWE, he had two marquee matches with John Cena at WrestleMania 28 and 29. The Rock and also John Cena in recent years have shared how their injury will cost their film careers.
This is the reason they don’t wrestle full-time during an active acting schedule. Back then, Cena didn’t know this and called out Johnson for being away from WWE.
Nevertheless, in the past few days, the 16-time world champion has accepted it was his fault for calling out DJ.
Now that he is an actor himself, Cena understands why The Rock was away from WWE.
Even Rocky Johnson knew this and he shared in this interview with a wish of working in his son’s film.
