Hip-hop mogul Rick Ross’s $35 million beachfront mansion is undergoing a massive $20 million interior renovation!

Located in Miami Beach on Star Island, Rick Ross purchased the property last summer and his plans were approved by the HOA in July.

According to Ross himself, the $20 million renovation will open the house up to the ocean and feature a rare Japanese Koi fish pond, and possibly Basquiat paintings for decoration.

Designed by @kobikarp and builder @mvgroupusa , responsible for the design of some of Miami’s most iconic residences. This property is expected to be worth $100 million when completed.
