An obsessed fan happened to maker her way to the front row as he was performing on stage, and she had a ring in her hand. She wasted no time at all declaring her love for the artist, and of course, the entire exchange was caught on camera.

Most men never get proposed to in their lifetime, but Rick Ross has already experienced this rare moment.

Cameras were rolling with full audio on blast, as Rick Ross took the stage to entertain an intimate room full of fans inside a Memphis nightclub. Of course, he’s been entertaining his fans for decades, and he’s all-too-familiar with the slew of wild and crazy things that can happen when there’s a live audience at an indoor show. He’s been through his fair share of interesting fan encounters, but none of them were quite like this one.

Rick Ross took the stage and started belting out his tunes, but what happened next was enough to render him speechless. He was clearly baffled and unprepared to handle the awkward moment, as a fan professed her love to him and extended her arm to offer him a massive diamond engagement ring.

The Moment Was As Weird As It Was Cool

For about half a second, this seemed like such a flattering encounter, but it very quickly turned out to be far more awkward and weird than it was cool.

The fan seemed fixated on Rick Ross and with her eyes wide open, she stared at him as she presented him with an engagement ring. In a state of obvious confusion, Rick Ross seemed caught off guard and he kept playing for a moment, while the fan mouthed the words; “I love you… Please, I want you. I want you.”

Rick could then be heard muttering the words, “did she ask me to marry her?” as the music played on.
