The 46-year-old celebrated with a listening party and mini concert at Wynwood Marketplace in Miami, Florida.

Among the guests was his wife, Bianca Censori, who surprised onlookers when she was seen carrying Kanye and Kim Kardashian’s daughter, Chicago.

In an online chat room, fans argued Kanye, who often covers his face with various headpieces, had a different type of bottoms on top.

“The real question is why Kanye is wearing his boxers as a balaclava?” one person joked.

Another person wondered if there was a deeper meaning under the wear: “The hiding his face thing is part of his statement that the media has erased his identity after his recent ‘struggles’ so he’s going out faceless.”

Ms. Ye was uncharacteristically covered up as she cradled Chicago in her arms on the way to the launch party.

Bianca wore an oversized leather trench coat teamed with red leather boots and a navy headscarf.

She held 5-year-old Chicago – who was wearing a denim jacket and jeans – on her hip as they walked through Wynwood Marketplace.

Saint, 8, was close by in a gray sweater and soccer shorts, while North, 10, wore a gray T-shirt and leather jacket as she held hands with a female companion.

Kanye has been in Miami all weekend with Bianca and a huge entourage, previewing tracks from the record at several events.

The star even took to the stage at DJ Khaled’s birthday party at Club LIV in Miami to perform tracks from his back catalog, including All of the Lights, Can’t Tell Me Nothing, Runaway, and Jesus Walks.

Several witnesses in the crowd took to X and Instagram to share videos, claiming he told fans of his new record: “It’s called Vultures, coming out this Friday.”

Along with Ty Dolla $ign, it will feature Nicki Minaj and Young Thug, according to sources, with a full track list already appearing on social media leak accounts.

KKKANYE

This isn’t the first time Kanye’s headgear has attracted attention.

The rapper faced horrified backlash later that night after donning a black pointed hat with eye holes cut out – reminding many of a KKK hood.

Kanye — who was slammed for making antisemitic comments last year — wore the hood while promoting his upcoming album, Vultures.

Fans thought it resembled the white one typically associated with the Ku Klux Klan, the name of an American white supremacist, far-right hate group.

Critics slammed Kanye for the outfit online, with one writing: “He’s dressed like a Klan member.”

Another added: “This guy is just not okay he thinks everything he does is normal I think not…”

A third posted: “That’s not art, it’s hate disguised as fashion.”
