Billionaire Rihanna publicly showed irritation at her mom’s reaction to Shaq’s 15 degrees tale (video)

Shaquille O’Neal has managed to accumulate a large net worth due to his willingness to learn and his great business acumen.

One of the Los Angeles Lakers legend’s best qualities, however, is his generosity. O’Neal once paid for 15 of his friends’ Master’s degrees, showing his desire to support others.

An old clip of Big Diesel talking about the same incident has resurfaced online, and it has even caught the attention of $1.4 billion worth Rihanna and her mother.

However, RiRi wasn’t too pleased with her mom’s reaction to Shaq’s words.

It wasn’t surprising to see Rihanna reacting to a Shaq clip, especially after the 4x NBA champion stood up for her following her polarizing Super Bowl Halftime performance a few months ago.

O’Neal had some choice words for her detractors and advised them to not pick on her anymore. So what did Rihanna have to say about the Insta post?

Last year, O’Neal did an interview for the ‘Be Better Off Show’ with Brett Kelly. During the same, DJ Diesel talked about how, in the earlier days, whenever he used to go to a business meeting, the guys on the opposite side would just greet him warmly and then proceeded to look to Shaq’s lawyers, accountants, etc. “So I said, oh, you guys don’t think I’m in charge? You guys don’t think I understand the lingo?” said Shaq when describing the moment.

These actions motivated him to get his master’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Since it was an online course, the minimum requirement to have it in class was to have 15 people enroll in the same course. “So I paid for 15 of my friends to get the master’s,” Shaq said at the end. Many people posted their reactions to Shaq’s interview featured in the reel. Amongst them was the Barbadian icon Rihanna.

The 35-year-old singer, who boasts a whopping 155,000,000 followers on Instagram, wrote in the comments section, “Ofcourse ‘liked by @monica_fenty’ Ofcourse!!!!” Monica Fenty/Braithwaite is Rihanna’s mother. She left a like on the reel without the fans realizing it until her daughter pointed it out.Appointed as Barbados’ ambassador of education a few years ago, Rihanna boasts a net worth of $1.4 Billion. While that may not be the case, Monica’s ‘like’ and Rihanna’s ‘annoyed’ reaction to the same might be due to the fact that the singer is a high school dropout. When faced with a choice between school and her music career, Rihanna chose the latter. And the rest is history.

O’Neal’s story is an inspiring one. Aside from his master’s, Shaq is also a Doctor of Education after having received his Ed. D.
