Before spending 8.6 million pounds  to buy a new villa in Fort Lauderdale, Messi and his wife had 3 other villas in the country of flowers. By this time, the 36-year-old superstar and his wife had real estate worth 15 million pounds in the country of the flag.

It is known that Messi just completed the deal to buy this villa last Monday. According to Forbes magazine, the villa has an area of ​​975 m2, including 8 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, garage for 3 cars and 1 swimming pool. In addition, it also has a spa room, gym and 2 boat docks.

The special thing is that the villa that Messi just bought is located near Inter Miami’s DRV PNK stadium. The real estate tax cost for the house is 67,000 pounds/year.
