It is known that the female singer put this villa up for sale earlier this year at a price of 42.5 million USD. She bought this villa in 2016 for 28 million USD.

Bel-Air is about 1,300 square meters, located on 3.2 hectares of land in Los Angeles with a private lake and beach.

Originally designed by architect Samuel Marx and built in 1940, the mansion has 9 bedrooms, designed in a French country style.
