Your mother didn’t open her legs and have that child. Be happy she’s helping!” Nicki Minaj tweeted
New year, new beefs.
Nicki Minaj and Farrah Abraham went head-to-head in a NSFW Twitter feud on Sunday after the rap star criticized Abraham’s relationship with her mother on Teen Mom OG.
Minaj, 33, delivered the initial blow while watching the series, tweeting, “Farrah is a c— to her mother.”
Soon one of the rapper’s followers joked about Abraham’s 6-year-old daughter, Sophia, slapping her in a recent episode of the Teen Mom spin-off.
Minaj retweeted the message and added, “she was like b—- go do some porn & leave gramma alone.”
Abraham didn’t take too kindly to Minaj’s tweets and responded on her own Twitter account, writing, “Cause your [sic] a parent right? Your [sic] videos look like porn Horrible good luck being negative #Godbless busy making TV.”
Minaj then tweeted another message to her more than 20 million followers, telling the 24-year-old to respect her mother.
“Your mother didn’t open her legs and have that child,” the “Feeling Myself” singer wrote, referring to Abraham’s daughter. “Be happy she’s helping! Stop talking to her like that on tv u lil c— @F1abraham.” She added in a follow-up tweet: “In your case #BigC—.”
Never one to back down from a Twitter feud, Minaj delivered one last word – or tweet.
“Instead of dragging your mother, learn the difference between ‘you’re’ & ‘your’, ding bat,” the rap star tweeted.
Abraham shot back: “To be clear my mom doesn’t help me I help her. I love & care for my mom. Stop disgusting talk @NICKIMINAJ.”
But the Teen Mom star didn’t stop there.
“I slay I have no time for rerun watching ignorant minions like @NICKIMINAJ worry about your family #Watchandlearn,” Abraham tweeted.
Naturally, Twitter users began taking sides in the feud. However, some remained neutral, but enjoyed the brief beef.
“Nicki minaj VS farrah Abraham is not something I knew I so badly wanted before,” Chrissy Teigen tweeted on Sunday.
Minaj is no stranger to feuds. Last year, she and Taylor Swift battled in a heated Twitter exchange over MTV Video Music Awards nominations. (The two later made up after Swift apologized for misunderstanding Minaj’s initial statement.) She also engaged in a short-lived feud with Miley Cyrus at the award show after Cyrus described the rapper as “not polite” in an interview.
