Lady Gaga has revealed she thought fellow pop star Taylor Swift was “full of shit” when she spoke to her at the 2013 AMAs, according to Us.

“We’ve met a few times, and I can’t say anything bad about her,” the “Poker Face” singer said in an interview on the “Howard Stern Show” Tuesday. “What she doesn’t know [is] I was at the AMAs or something. Her and I were sitting next to each other and she goes, ‘Oh my God! I love ‘Artpop.’ I love ‘Applause,’ and ‘Applause’ is my favorite song.'”

Swift failed to make a good first impression on the singer but Gaga later revealed that her idea of her previous idea of her has changed, People says.

“I was thinking, ‘Yeah, yeah, yeah, this chick is full of shit,’ right?” she said.

A mutual acquaintance, however, proved her wrong.

“But then my buddy called me, Brandon, who’s my stylist,” she recalled. “And she was doing a shoot andhe was styling her… He goes, ‘Taylor Swift is in here blasting ‘Artpop’ so loud, and she is dancing and she’s posing.'”

That, according to Gaga, was the turning point for her as she appreciated Swift’s sincerity in what she told her. “I thought to myself, ‘I like this girl,'” she said. “You know why? Because she said the same thing to my face that she said behind my back.”

Gaga has gotten Swift’s back since then, apparently. During her guest appearance on “SNL” last year, Gaga did a skit mocking Kanye West and Kim Kardashian and she particularly enjoyed mocking the rapper because it felt like a vengeance for Swift, according to Hollywood Life.

“One of Lady Gaga’s favorite skits to do was the one making fun of Kanye and Kim,” a source told the publication. “She hasn’t really forgiven him for that, so to make fun of him years later was therapeutic.”
