Once ‘very close’ friends with Nicki Minaj, Madonna now sings for her ‘enemy’ Cardi B!

Nicki Minaj and Madonna used to be a musical couple that got along quite well together. However, it seems that Madonna betrayed her friend to sing with Cardi B.

Nicki Minaj and Madonna used to be a musical couple that got along quite well together. Considered to be individual artists, however, their styles seem to create harmony and taste. They collaborated on three songs together:  Give Me All Your Luvin’, I Don’t Give A  and  Bitch I’m Madonna . To the point that Madonna’s fans even lamented that she should stop collaborating with Nicki Minaj.

However, recently, amid the rising wave of criticism against Nicki Minaj , Madonna suddenly turned towards singing with Cardi B in a song called Champagne Rose. 

This is a song in the latest solo album of male rapper Quavo (a piece of the rap group Migos) called Quavo Huncho. The above song also features the participation of two other big names in the music industry, namely Madonna and Cardi B. This collaboration brought many surprises to the public in two ways: Madonna agreed to sing for someone else for the second time and Madonna agreed to collaborate with Cardi B.

It can be said that, despite unnecessary scandals, Cardi B is increasingly expanding her power in the American music market, now she even collaborates with Madonna. Cardi B’s collaboration with Nicki Minaj’s former best friend proves that relationships in the music industry are gradually becoming complicated and strongly polarized. Hopefully this song will create a big hit for both of them.
