Kendall Jenner’s diet is very healthy and nutritious. However, she is also a big fan of starchy foods.
It’s no surprise that Kendall Jenner manages her diet very closely. According to E! News, the model is a loyal fan of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins.
However, sometimes she also treats herself to foods high in carbs like hamburgers or pizza (especially when on vacation with the Kardashian family).
If you want to learn from Kendall’s diet, below is a list of “standard, no need to adjust” ingredients for you.
1. Breakfast
Throughout the day, she will drink about 12 cups of tea. Tea helps increase metabolism, improve brain health and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Kendall often has avocado, eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. She also chooses to drink tea instead of coffee. Kendall’s meal is simple but still ensures to provide her with enough energy in the morning.
2. Lunch
Previously, Kendall was very diligent about posting lunch photos on Instagram.
Kendall loves eating salad for lunch. According to Life & Style, she often eats cucumber salad, cereals, seeds, chopped lettuce and corn. The model also likes caprese salad. She once posted a photo of this meal while traveling on the Amalfi Coast.
3. Dinner
For dinner, Kendall “puts all his trust” in raw nuts. Her favorite menu usually includes avocado, quinoa and salad. She also likes to enjoy good wine in the evening. Kendall once shared the watermelon Margarita recipe that she was “obsessed with” on Poosh. This drink is made with 818 Tequila, orange liqueur, chopped watermelon, agave nectar, and lime juice.
However, she doesn’t always eat cereal in the evening. Sometimes she will eat pasta with peas.
“I could eat that noodle every day,” Kendall said.
4. Snacks
Kendall values staying in shape but doesn’t forget to snack.
“These are things that will always be on my list of favorite snacks: Twix, Justin’s Peanut Butter, chips, guac, hummus, carrots,” Kendall said.
According to E! News, she also loves eating apples and brownies.
