It houses eight luxurious villas designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel and Partners. All villas including Ronaldo’s come with a private island! As compiled by GQ India, UAE real estate agent Sobey Alex George says it requires $50 million(185 million AED) to buy a villa on Bulgari Island and become the Al Nassr star’s neighbor. “The entire property is on water. You have your own private island, parking for your yacht, it’s a different ballgame altogether. There are people who are into luxurious homes,” George said in an interaction with a Dubai-based journalist.
Additionally, Ronaldo’s abode Bulgari Islands abode also consists of six bedrooms, a seven-car parking garage, and a rooftop swimming pool. Anyhow, the $50 million check is the current asking price for villas in Jumeirah Bay. In 2005, Beckham bought a luxury mansion in Jumeirah Bay for $1.6 million. However, he later gifted the property to Victoria’s parents.
