Jay-Z had a successful music and business career for decades, becoming hip-hop’s first billionaire. And wife Beyoncé broke the record for the female artist with the most Grammy awards when she received the 28th trophy of her career.

Many fans expressed their admiration for their successes in career and life, and especially when the stars live in dreamy houses worth millions of dollars.

The star couple spent more than 3 years looking for a suitable house. They used to live in an expensive rental house before investing in a land area of ​​nearly 2,800 ^m2 .

Beyoncé & Jay-Z bought this ultra-modern large house in California in 2017 for 88 million USD . Initially the mansion was listed for 135 million USD   and they made an offer worth 120 million USD  , finally closing at a price close to 90 million USD  .

Located in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles (USA), the house was designed by McLean Design and built by Dean McKillen, son of Irish billionaire real estate developer Paddy McKillen.

This property includes 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, home theater, luxury interiors, mood lighting, gym…

The home has not one but four swimming pools, a 15-car garage, a basketball court and separate staff quarters, ensuring round-the-clock service.

In addition to the world-class amenities, there are elements throughout the home that make the design stand out. Everything in the villa is beautiful and luxurious, from the sculpted limestone staircase lined with leather to the nearly 1,000 square meter outdoor ^space . Glass windows are bulletproof and ensure safety without causing loss of aesthetics.

Despite being one of the richest couples in showbiz, Jay-Z and Beyoncé took out a mortgage loan worth 52.8 million USD  from Goldman Sachs to buy the house. This move causes the pair to have to pay a monthly payment of 149,600 USD  . They paid 40% of the purchase price worth 35.2 million USD   in cash.

Earlier this year, British Vogue editor-in-chief Edward Enninful had dinner with Beyoncé at her Bel Air home. He was surprised at how comfortable it felt to sit in the house while also being impressed with the beautiful works of art.

B yoncé likes the work of contemporary Ethiopian-American artists Awol Erizku, Kerry James Marshall and Kara Walker. The couple also owns works by David Hammons, Richard Prince and Laurie Simmons.

British media said that two famous stars bought a house to stabilize their lives, and renovating the house was expensive with a cost of up to 800,000 USD .

The changes include the installation of a backup generator worth $30,000   and a living area below the four swimming pools for up to $750,000 .

According to Love Property, the wealthy couple once lived in a house of more than 1,200 square meters in New Orleans (USA), which had 10-meter high ceilings and large windows.

Jay-Z and Beyoncé also rented a beachfront villa located on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibum (California, USA), where they welcomed their twins – Rumi and Sir. The villa with 15 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms costs the star couple nearly 400,000 USD/month .
