Two 4-year-old girls Esther and Stella have officially followed their adoptive mother Madonna from Malawi to the US to start a completely new life.

Immediately after the judge decided that the pop superstar could adopt the twins , Madonna quickly arranged to bring the two daughters back to their new home. They left Malawi in less than 36 hours from the court’s decision. 

The parents and children quickly boarded a private plane to return to the US after receiving the decision from the court

Posting a photo on her personal Instagram of herself walking hand in hand with Esther and Stella, Madonna shared:

“I can officially confirm that I have completed the process of adopting my twin sisters from Malawi and I am delighted that they are now part of my family.

I want to express my deep gratitude to everyone in Malawi who helped make this possible and hope that the media can respect our privacy during this transition period.

6 months ago, Madonna shared the first image of these two girls on her personal page. It is known that the star began adoption procedures at least 2 years ago.

Madonna posted a photo of her daughter Lourdes with twins Stella and Esther on her Instagram account with 8.7 million followers when she visited the House of Hope orphanage in Malawi last year.
