Paying homage to salsa queen Celia Cruz, the award-winning artist channeled her inner fashionista with large hoop earrings and a collection of bracelets on her wrists.
The track also features J Balvin and Bad Bunny who were on the video set on Wednesday.
Despite the swirling pregnancy rumors, the New York native looked like she was enjoying herself and even stuck out her tongue in one snap.
But the long day’s work might have gotten to the star, as she was seen yawning in another photo.

The usually outspoken star hasn’t responded to ongoing pregnancy rumors in recent weeks, despite initially shooting down speculation.
After she shared a video of herself dancing last month, a follower inquired: ‘Is there maybe a Kylie Jenner secret that we need to know about lol Just asking,’ referring to the 20-year-old reality TV star, who declined to publicly confirm her recent pregnancy.
Cardi responded: ‘No b***h I’m just getting fat. Let me get fat in peace.’
