Brinx Billions, a rapper from Jamaica, Queens, is suing Nicki Minaj for credits to her song “Rich Sex,” which features rapper Lil Wayne.

As reported by TMZ, Billions is seeking 200 million dollars from the “Megatron” rapper.

In 2016, Billions reportedly wrote a similar song, but Minaj “ripped off” the material for a hook on her album “Queen,” released in 2018.

Billions is also suing Universal Music Group, Cash Money, Young Money for $200 million in damages.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Billions claims Minaj told him that the single would be highly marketable and potentially become a worldwide hit.

Billions claimed he deserves credit as the sole author, creator, composer, writer, and producer.

Also, Billions claimed, “her song also has similar music, musical notes, musical arrangement, musical beats, and musical rhythm.”

Meanwhile, according to the ASCAP database, Billions is already credited as a writer of “Rich Sex.”

TMZ reported that they reached out for comment but haven’t yet heard back.
