Cardi B revealed a major plastic surgery secret about her former pal Kim Kardashian who previously claimed she’s only had ‘a little bit of Botox’.

The rapper, 30, appeared on the Jason Lee Podcast on Monday to talk about going under the knife for several cosmetic procedures.

The mother-of-two discussed a nose job and her bum lift while crediting Kim, 42, for providing a list of surgeons.

Cardi and Kim were once close friends but it appears their friendship has fizzled out over the years as the pair haven’t been since together since 2018.

During the chat, Cardi admitted to getting fillers in her nose, but claimed it made the tip of her nose longer, leading her to get corrective surgery in 2020.

Jason asked: ‘OK, so how do you decide who you’re going to go to and trust to touch your face and your body?’

‘Cause I remember the time we were at Kris’ [Jenner] house and Kim gave you a list of people you could call and get help. You didn’t call none of those people, you just did it at home?’

Cardi admitted: ‘No, I called a couple of people that she gave me.’

Kim first had injections back in 2010 at age 29 and swore off the procedure after having a nasty reaction to it.

But during an interview with Allure magazine in July 2022, Kim claimed she has never had filler in her lips or cheeks and only ‘a little bit of Botox’ in her forehead.

She said: ‘No filler. Never filled either one (lips or cheeks), ever.’

In a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kim once again confessed that she gets botox.

She revealed her late father, Robert, told her not to become an attorney like him because she’d have ‘so many f**king wrinkles from the stress of this job.’

Kim then quipped: ‘Thank God for Botox.’

Meanwhile, Cardi recently shared on social media that she had biopolymers fillers taken out of her bottom four months ago adding that the operation was ‘crazy.’

The crooner went on to explain that she felt pressured to have larger curves when growing up in New York City as she was body shamed for being thin, and the performer has since regretted it.

The rapper also warned her followers to be careful when getting plastic surgery, including the popular treatment The Brazilian Butt Lift.

‘All I’m going to say is that if you’re young, if you’re 19, 20, 21, and sometimes you’re too skinny, and you be like ‘OMG I don’t have enough fat to put in my a**’ so you result to a** shots, DON’T!’ warned the pinup known for her curves.

She also said fans wanting Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBL) should be careful.

‘When it comes to BBLs, if y’all want advice from me, before you get your BBL done you have to make sure your blood levels are all right,’ said the crooner.

‘If a doctor says your blood levels are too low or you have diabetes or whatever, don’t do it,’ she cautioned.

She has had other surgeries in the past: The star has admitted to breast implants, and she has said she wants a tummy tuck.

Cardi has said in the past that her insecurities pushed her to have surgery.

‘Well, I’m from New York, right?’ she shared.

‘And New York is a melting pot, especially where I grew up in the Bronx.

‘I was really skinny when I was younger, and in the Bronx, it’s about being thick and having an a** so young boys would be like, ‘Look at your flat ass. You ain’t got no t***ies.’

‘And it would make me feel so ugly and undeveloped,’ she told Interview in February 2021.
