Liam Hemsworth enjoyed a quiet Friday morning taking his two dogs for a walk in Byron Bay.

The Australian actor, 33, went down to the local beach with his beloved pet pooches, including Dora – the rescue dog he adopted with his ex-wife Miley Cyrus.

He also took his French Bulldog pup that he shares with his current girlfriend Gabriella Brooks, 27. The pair adopted the Frenchie in 2020.

Liam dressed comfortably for the casual outing, wearing a light brown T-shirt and a pair of blue board shorts that featured a multi-coloured checkered pattern down the sides of the legs.

Going barefoot, the Hunger Games star wore a neutral-coloured cap to shield his face from the hot sun.

He was also seen carrying a towel over his shoulder as he strolled along the beach, before using it to dry Dora in the back of his car.

Dora, Liam’s pooch, has been credited with helping him get over his split with singer Miley, 30.

Liam shared a photo of the animal to Instagram in December 2019, alongside the caption: ‘Me and my best friend Dora. Good god I love this dog.’

A week earlier, he’d also posted a picture of himself in a thick blue sweatshirt as he sat next to Dora on a rocky beach.

He cryptically captioned the post: ‘Luck dragon.’

Gabriella has also no doubt helped the hunky actor forget about his divorce from Miley.

Liam happily moved on with the Australian model in 2019 following his divorce from the Flowers hitmaker.

The lovebirds have shut down split rumours on numerous occasions and made their first red carpet appearance together in November 2020.

The ultra-private couple rarely post about each other on social media, and have only appeared in a handful of photos together.

Meanwhile, Miley got engaged to Liam in May 2012, but they split in September 2013, before reuniting in 2016.

The couple married in December 2018, and their divorce was finalised in January 2020.

The Prisoner hitmaker and the Emmy-nominated producer – who previously split from 2013-2016 – originally fell in love in 2009 on the set of Julie Anne Robinson’s dismally reviewed romantic drama The Last Song.

Since her divorce, Miley went on to spark romances with The Hills: New Beginnings alum Kaitlyn Carter, Australian swimmer-singer Cody Simpson, and Liily drummer Maxx Morando.

She also previously romanced Stella Maxwell, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Avan Jogia, Adam Sevani, Justin Gaston, Thomas Sturges, and Nick Jonas.

Miley had previously admitted she had ‘too much conflict’ in her marriage, claiming, ‘There was too much conflict… When I come home, I want to be anchored by someone. I don’t get off on drama or fighting.’
