Soulja Boy and Bow Wow faced off on Verzuz. Everyone showed up, virtually of course, although there were a few surprise guests who appeared on stage. What was perhaps one of the most surprising moments of the night was when Soulja Boy debuted the official remix to his latest hit, “She Make It Clap.” As he’s riding the hype for the single, the rapper revealed that Nicki Minaj features on the track.

Despite his romantic history with Nicki, he publicly showed his approval of the sound, commenting with a series of dancing emojis. Now, it’s unclear whether he’s trolling or genuinely enjoying her verse, but this is yet another demonstration of what the Barbz have described as the rapper’s obsessive behavior. Nicki didn’t respond.
Recently, Soulja Boy revealed that there was always love between him and Nicki from the beginning. “When I met Nicki, it was a long time ago. I’ve been closing with Nicki since the beginning. Whenever she asked for a rhythm, I obliged. Whenever we were on tour, it was always support. Much love to Nicki Minaj since day one,” he said.
