Since 2015, Nicki Minaj has ruled as the Rap Queen of the American Music Awards courtesy of her career collection of 6 of the event’s prism-shaped trophies.

Going into the show’s 48th annual ceremony (which aired live on November 22), the 37-year-old stood to either extend that reign as she was nominated in two categories or be unseated by longtime nemesis/4x AMA winner Cardi B as the ‘I Like It’ hitmaker entered the show with 3 nominations.

Much to the dismay of B’s legion of dedicated fans, affectionately called #BardiGang, not only did she end the night with only one of the 3 trophies she was nominated for but her run in second place remained intact.

See how Nicki extended her rule of the AMAs inside:

As she nabbed wins in every category she was nominated in (Favorite Rap Female Artist & Favorite Song – Latin), Minaj pushes her career AMA win total to 8 – extending her run in history books as the most awarded female Rap artist of all time.

She is now tied with Eminem, who previously stood as the event’s most awarded emcee overall with 8 career wins.
