10-time Grammy nominee Nicki Minaj filed a $75K defamation lawsuit against celebrity gossip blogger Nosey Heaux for claiming she’s a ‘cokehead.’

‘She’s shoving all this cocaine, shoving in all this cocaine up her nose. Allegedly. Thank you. Allegedly,’ Nosey reportedly told her 23K social media followers.

‘But we all know it’s true. F***, listen, I can’t even say allegedly with that because I, we all, know it’s true. I’m not saying allegedly on that. Nicki Minaj is a cokehead.’

Heaux defiantly repeated her claims in her vlog on Monday – in which she called the 39-year-old rapper a ‘cokehead,’ her husband Kenneth Petty a ‘rapist,’ and their baby boy a ‘future rapist’ and ‘cock-eyed.’

Nicki – who denied ever using cocaine – Instastoried on Tuesday that Nosey (born Marley Green) has ‘a string of criminal charges, bail jumping, and bad debts.’

On Wednesday, Minaj (born Onika Maraj) tweeted that she was considering suing similar bloggers daily, weekly, or monthly’ as her attorney Judd Burstein has a ‘huge folder’ of potential defamation cases.

‘When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name “Nosey Heaux” because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment,’ Burstein told TMZ.

‘Anyone else who spreads lies about Nicki will suffer a similar fate. My marching orders are to aggressively sue anyone with a media or social media following who damages her with intentional lies. Eventually, the lesson will be learned.’

The MTV Video Vanguard winner – who boasts 315M social media followers – also tweeted that she hopes Nosey can afford a ‘top-notch lawyer’ for their upcoming legal battle.

Nicki wrote: ‘Now let’s hope the [people] you guys [are] doing all this dirty work for love you enough to hire top notch lawyers for you [and] to pay your bills once I own your blogs, your shows, those IG pages y’all tried to protect so bad. Couple artists in the folder too. I’ll own your publishing. Duds.’

Heaux tweeted on Tuesday: ‘Nicki Minaj is unhinged and harassing me on Instagram. She doxxed me and sent her [fans] to threaten to kill me. She’s been commenting under my IG posts since like 24 hours ago. No one around her is smart enough to just take her phone.’

On September 30, Minaj and her 44-year-old husband will celebrate the second birthday of their son nicknamed ‘Papa Bear’ followed by their third wedding anniversary on October 21.

The Trinidad-born, New York-raised star was only 16 when she first met Kenneth, who’s a registered sex offender in New York and California.

Petty served a combined 11 years in prison for raping a 16-year-old girl in 1995 and shooting a man to death in 2002.

Nicki and Grammy nominee Bleu will release their new song Love in the Way this Friday.

Minaj is next scheduled to headline Power 99 FM House at Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia on October 28.
