In the snaps, the 40-year-old hitmaker showcased her eclectic sense of style while riding in an elevator and preparing to take off in a private jet.

The rapper, who recently celebrated Carnival in Trinidad, shared her photos just after she announced that she would be releasing a new single in the near future.

Minaj’s hair was tied into two lengthy braids, with the left side of her locks being dyed in a deep red shade, and her right was dyed bright pink.

The Super Bass singer also wore a pink top bearing a graphic of Aretha Franklin underneath a multicolored hoodie.

The Grammy-nominated performer finished off her look with a pair of pink pants and slightly lighter boots.

She accessorized with several pieces of jewelry and donned a pair of sunglasses before stepping onto the jet.

Minaj announced that she would be releasing a new single entitled Red Ruby Da Sleeze with a pair of Instagram posts that were shared on Thursday.

The performer’s most recent single, Tukoh Taka, was released last November and saw her collaborating with Maluma and Myriam Fares.

Her most recent single as a solo artist, Super Freaky Girl, hit the airwaves last August and was an immediate hit with listeners.

The songwriter shared a video that was taken during the music video shoot for Red Ruby Da Sleeze, which took place in her native Trinidad and Tobago, according to Billboard.

In the clip, the singer performed her soon-to-be-released song while sitting at a table in a darkened club full of dancers.

The hitmaker also interacted with several of the club’s patrons as she spent time in front of the camera.

The rapper went on to share Red Ruby Da Sleeze’s official artwork to her Instagram account on Thursday.

In the snap, the singer showed off her eye-catching new hairstyle while helping a chef cook in a commercial kitchen.

Minaj wore a vibrantly patterned sleeveless dress and yellow high-heeled shoes while posing for the shot.

Red Ruby Da Sleeze is currently scheduled to make its debut on March 3.

The performer has not specified if the track will be included on her upcoming fifth studio album, which she began teasing last year.
