“The Road to Wellness: Exploring Miley Cyrus’s Habits and Lifestyle Choices”

Miley Cyrus is a prime example of an artist who consistently transforms herself. She began as a Disney star in “Hannah Montana” and has since evolved into a wild child in “Bangerz,” a romantic in “Malibu,” and now a millennial rock rebel. Her wellness routine has also progressed over the years, although she doesn’t always broadcast it publicly. However, we’ve managed to gather some insights into her exercise and diet regimen, which are crucial for her high-energy shows involving twerking and headbanging. To keep her stamina up, Cyrus incorporates vocal exercises with her workout routine and has experimented with veganism. Furthermore, she’s revealed her rigorous fitness routine for her “Flowers” music video and her Pilates instructor’s seven-minute workout routine.

Miley Cyrus has a unique approach to her workouts as she uses them not only to maintain her physique but also to hone her singing skills. Recently, the pop icon posted two impressive videos on her social media handles where she can be seen singing while jogging on her treadmill, preparing for her upcoming performance at the TikTok Tailgate event during Super Bowl LV. In one video, she confidently belts out lines from her track “Plastic Hearts” while strutting on the running machine, while in the other, she runs to the beat while delivering a powerful rendition of Bikini Kill’s “Rebel Girl.” However, that’s not all; last year, Cyrus also shared a clip on Instagram where she can be seen doing wall sits while practicing vocal rehabilitation exercises after undergoing surgery for Reinke’s edema, a condition that causes inflammation of the vocal cords due to excess fluid accumulation.

Cyrus flaunts her fitness prowess in the engaging “Flowers” music video. The video showcases some of her almost-naked workout moves that many believe may have been influenced by her ex-husband Liam Hemsworth’s workout routine. Nevertheless, Cyrus executed each exercise with precision, including physically demanding workouts such as Spiderman push-ups, alternating battle-rope slams, and glute bridges. Are you interested in attempting this workout? Don’t hesitate to give it a try! It’s worth mentioning that Cyrus was a vegan before.

As per an interview on the “Joe Rogan Experience” podcast in September 2020, Cyrus was a strict vegan from 2013 to 2019. However, her brain’s functioning was affected, and she felt malnourished and lacked energy during her performance at the Glastonbury music festival. As a result, she started adding fish and omegas to her diet. Although she initially chose a vegan lifestyle because of her love for animals, she realized that it was not suitable for her health. Hemsworth prepared her first non-vegan meal, grilled fish, which was emotionally challenging for her. She now follows a pescatarian diet but is willing to make changes in the future. It’s important to note that a vegan diet can sometimes cause nutrient deficiencies, and it’s vital to seek professional advice to ensure adequate nutrient intake.

Miley Cyrus has been an avid fan of yoga for quite some time now, with a particular preference for Ashtanga yoga. Her love for this ancient practice is evident through her frequent social media posts showing off her impressive moves, including arm-balancing poses and deep twists. The talented singer even appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” in 2016, where she taught Fallon a challenging pose and demonstrated some of her own moves. Apart from the physical benefits of yoga, Cyrus also emphasizes its importance for mental wellbeing. In 2016, when she was with Hemsworth, she dedicated a lot of time to her yoga practice and focused on taking better care of herself.

For quite some time now, Miley Cyrus has been a devoted follower of Pilates, even during its less popular days. Back in 2013, she would often leave Mari Winsor’s LA Pilates studio, where she would work on her legs and core strength utilizing a Cadillac machine. In addition to this, Cyrus has established her own Pilates setup at home, where she works out for at least thirty minutes each session. Despite her vocal surgery in 2019 and her split from Hemsworth, Cyrus still practices Pilates, as shown by a photo she recently posted on her Instagram Stories, wherein she is stretching on Pilates equipment. During challenging times, she takes a gentle approach towards herself and emphasizes the importance of movement in self-care and self-love. When the COVID pandemic hit, Cyrus launched her own talk show, “Bright Minded,” and invited her Winsor Choza Pilates trainer, Saul Choza, to conduct a seven-minute Pilates workout for her fans. In addition to Pilates, Cyrus has also been exploring sobriety recently.

Last year, during a chat with Variety, Cyrus opened up about her journey towards sobriety. The singer had initially decided to quit alcohol and other substances following vocal surgery, but later realized that her family’s history of addiction and mental health problems made it imperative for her to stay sober. However, in a recent interview with Apple Music, Cyrus acknowledged that the COVID-19 pandemic proved to be a stumbling block in her journey towards sobriety. She confessed that she struggled with moderation and eventually decided to give up alcohol altogether. Although the singer clarified that she didn’t have an alcohol addiction, she admitted to making impulsive decisions after drinking. Additionally, Cyrus also shared her love for outdoor activities.

Cyrus is an active female who loves spending time outdoors. She indulges in various activities such as kayaking, hiking, swimming, and wake surfing during her leisure time. Her love for nature is evident as she spends most of her time tending to her farm animals, even when she’s not on vacation.
