Tia Mowry and Cory Hardrict have reached a settlement following their divorce, which was finalized nearly two months ago. According to newly obtained legal documents, the former couple has come to a straightforward agreement to support their children together.

In the legal filing, Tia and Cory agreed to share joint legal and physical custody of their two children. Specifically, they will share the financial responsibilities associated with raising their family, including covering private school tuition and extracurricular activity expenses.

Regarding their family home, Tia will retain full ownership of the $4.3 million house in Studio City. This residence is a substantial 4,871 square foot property with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. The agreement implies that Tia may have initially acquired the home and will maintain it after their split.

The settlement ensures that neither Tia nor Cory will be obligated to pay child support or spousal support.

One notable clause in the agreement pertains to introducing new romantic partners to the children. It specifies that neither party can introduce their minor children to a new romantic partner until they have been in an exclusive relationship with that partner for at least six months. Furthermore, the custodial parent is prohibited from allowing their new romantic partner to spend overnights with the children during the first six months of the exclusive relationship.

The agreement also mandates that Tia and Cory refrain from speaking negatively about each other in front of the kids. Both parties are prohibited from making negative, disrespectful, or derogatory remarks in the presence of the minor children or within hearing distance. They are also responsible for ensuring that family members and friends adhere to this order.

Tia Mowry initially announced the couple’s divorce on Instagram, emphasizing their commitment to co-parenting and maintaining a friendship. The divorce involves their 11-year-old son, Cree, and 5-year-old daughter, Cairo.
