In 2020, LeBron bought a $36.8 million, 13,000-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion with at least four structures. Hepburn owned the home before LeBron acquired it from Bill and Lee Phillip Bell, who developed The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless.
The 1930s Mediterranean-style mansion has 2.5 acres and stunning Los Angeles vistas. It also has a spacious motor court for his many cars, four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, high ceilings, a screening room, seven fireplaces, and full walls of glass sliders for indoor-outdoor flow.
