Much like his father did upon his immigration to the U.S. from his native Austria, Joseph Baena can typically be found in the gym when he’s not on a film or TV set.

And in keeping with his habit over the last few years, the youngest of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s five children showcased the results of all his hard work by striking a few classic bodybuilding poses in another Instagram post.

Seemingly haven just wrapped up another rigorous workout in order to give himself the optimum muscle pump, the Los Angeles native, 26, turned slightly to his side and flexed his body while sucking in his stomach.

In another classic bodybuilding pose, Baena stood nearly face forward while he flexed his right bicep and had his other arm up around his head.

Rounding out his trio of new pictures, the actor stood straight at the camera with his stomach sucked in and both arms flexed and leaning on either side on his waistline.

‘Another day in the office,’ Baena declared in the caption, in a reference to him completing another workout at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, which is the same company his father helped make famous during his championship run as a bodybuilder.

In order to showcase his ripped physique, Baena stripped down to just skimpy black shorts that resembled what bodybuilders wear during competitions.

Schwarzenegger, now 76, perfected many of his iconic bodybuilding moves on Muscle Beach in the Santa Monica and Venice Beach area back when he competed.

The Terminator star began his weight training in his teenage years around 1960, and within five years he won the Junior Mr. Europe contest in 1965 and the Mr. Universe contest as an amateur the following year.

Decades after retiring from professional bodybuilding, Schwarzenegger is still considered among the most important figures in the history of the sport.

Much of that had to do with his five Mr. Universe wins and seven more as the Mr. Olympia champion that stood as a world record until Lee Haney surpassed him with his eighth win in 1991.

When pictures of the father-son duo posing are placed side-by-side at roughly the same age, it’s easy to see how much they resemble each other.

Despite turning 76 this past July, the former California governor maintains he still works out with weights nearly every day for 30 minutes.

'Another day at the office,' the actor and bodybuilder declared after his latest workout at the gym, which led to him striking a couple more classic poses for the camera

Baena had been trying out different career options since graduating from Pepperdine University in 2019, that includes being a real estate agent, fitness model and DJ.

Like his father, acting and bodybuilding seem to be among his two passions that he incorporates into his every day life.

Currently, the aspiring actor has no less than four productions in the works that includes roles in Gunner, starring Luke Hemsworth, and Athena Saves Christmas, which has Cuba Gooding Jr. in the lead.

Along with bodybuilding, the Los Angeles native also shares a passion for acting like his famous father, who went on to become one of the top box office draws of the 1980s and 90s
