Beyoncé and Jay-Z continue to own the $54.5M mansion, which features an Hermès marble fireplace in the library and a luxurious dining room more than 20 peoples!

Just a little over a week after welcoming their twins at UCLA Medical Center, Beyoncé and Jay-Z made a grand entrance at La Villa Contenta, a sprawling 6.3-acre Malibu estate they’re rumored to be renting for a jaw-dropping $400,000 per month. This exquisite residence is also available for purchаse at the princely sum of $54.5 million.

There is an outdoor saltwater pool.

An aerial view of the expansive estate.

The compound is an opulent masterpiece, encompassing a stately main villa, an extravagant guesthouse, a separate office building, and an ornate indoor pool ballroom. All of this is discreetly ensconced behind private gates, affording breathtaking, unobstructed vistas of the Pacific Ocean. From the moment you step inside, you’ll be enveloped in pure luxury – from the gaze of a 2,500-year-old lion’s head sculpture, sourced from the base of Mount Vesuvius, that graces the entrance, to the grandeur of the Hermès marble fireplace in the library, and the intricately hand-carved French limestone ceiling that graces the 24-seat dining room.

The dining room features a hand-carved groined ceiling.

The expansive home theater.

The kitchen has a more rustic vibe than the rest of the house.

The main house is a testament to opulence, boasting a billiards room, wine cellar, state-of-the-art screening room, well-equipped gym, and even an elevator for the utmost convenience. As you explore the meticulously landscaped grounds, you’ll discover a saltwater infinity pool, a complete outdoor kitchen, and a pool pavilion that exudes baroque elegance. This poolside haven features onyx-lined changing rooms and a lavish indoor pool, ensuring the ultimate in comfort and style.
