Fall in love with Lil Uzι Vert’s super beautiful villa where he rests and composes

First, Lil Uzι Vert, the boundary-pushing emo rapper, had a $24 mιllιon 10-carat natural pink diamond implanted in his forehead like a third eye, and then he spent a relatively modest $4.4 mιllιon on a glass-walled contemporary villa in Bell Canyon, a remote and guard-gated equestrian enclave that winds through the scenic mountains at the suburban edge of L.A.’s vast San Fernando Valley.

The bling-loving, anime-obsessed, Bugatti Veyron-driving mixed tape superstar, whose 2017 debut studio album (“Luv Is Rage 2”) was certified double platinum, and whose second studio album (“Eternal Atake”) rocketed to number one on the Billboard 200 after its March 2020 release, is almost as well known for his fearlessly flamboyant and gender-bending fashion as he is for his music; he caught a lot of flack when he donne.

The Philadelphia native bought a stunning, large, light-filled property on the outskirts of Los Angeles, roughly 30 miles and an hour from Beverly Hills, to keep his adventurous expensive clothes. The two-story property on roughly 1.5 acres has five bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and magnificent mountain and city lights views behind gates at the top of a winding driveway up a steep slope.

David Friedman and Melodi Belluomini of Rodeo Realty handled the listing, while Alex Vichinsky of The Agency represented Lil Uzι.
The boxy, transparent structure’s marketing materials proclaim it a “one of a kind architectural masterpiece” with buff-colored stone accents, massive walls of floor-to-ceiling glass, ashy brown wood flooring, and sleek high-end finishes.

The double-height living/dining area opens efficiently and bluntly through the entrance door.

The kitchen’s U-shaped island wraps around a built-in dining banquette with a hefty, beautifully veined white marble table and features snow-white countertops, brass accents, and high-end appliances.

A large lofted gallery with two lounge sections overlooks the main room. Full-height windows open to a large covered patio with a floating stairway for pool access.

The outdoor kitchen and bar area behind the kitchen with mountain views makes outdoor entertaining easy, and the patio outside the living/dining room has thin strips of drought-busting synthetic grass.
