“I’m tired of talking about it”:
Stephen Curry was exhausted and really sad…(video)
Stephen Curry posted 34 points on a 50% clip while the Golden State Warriors secured 21 more rebounds as a team.
However, the game against the Oklahoma City Thunder felt like the Warriors had more than five opponents on the court.
The entire roster, including their star players, committed a staggering 29 turnovers.
While the Thunder couldn’t fully capitalize on these possessions, they did post a quarter-worth total of 35 points just off the turnovers.
OKC entered the game while having the best 3-point shooting percentage.
Luckily for the Warriors, OKC had an off night, going 5 of 29 from beyond the arc.
Nevertheless, despite certain elements leaning by their side, the Warriors ended up surrendering the overtime thriller, 138-136.
Stephen Curry does not want to talk about the Warriors’ struggles
Enduring another narrow defeat against OKC, the Warriors find themselves positioned at number 11 in the conference with a record of 10-12.
Faced with ongoing challenges, Stephen Curry was asked about the team’s prospects in the post-game conference.
Responding with visible frustration, Curry declared his preference for taking action rather than discussing the matter further.
Expressing concerns about entering the new year with the same situation, Curry stated, “I’m kinda sick of talking about it.”
Steph Curry: “I don’t know, man. Gotta figure out how to stop talking about it and do it. Or else you’ll be into the new year with the same problems…I’m kinda sick of talking about it.” pic.twitter.com/iEDUDajZDP

It is clear that Curry desires the team to address the problematic areas before the arrival of the New Year. In his view, the Warriors should avoid turning their season into a series of catch-up games in the coming months.
If things get sorted for the Dubsnation, or if they see any improvements, the Christmas Day game against the Denver Nuggets can serve as a test of their new approach.
Steve Kerr still has high hopes for the Warriors
Following the loss, Steve Kerr also addressed the media with candor about the team’s struggles.
While sharing an optimistic approach just like Curry, Kerr expressed his belief in the Warriors’ championship potential, stating, “We’re good enough.
We’re good enough to win the championship. I believe that.”
However, mirroring Curry’s urgency for change, he emphasized, “But if we’re gonna just turn it over and throw the ball to the other team and foul over and over, then we’re gonna lose.”
The Warriors currently hold a 4-6 record in their last ten games, and their road performance stands at 5-6 in the 11 away games played.
The next challenge for the Warriors comes against the tough Phoenix Suns, adding an extra layer of difficulty as they face them on the road.
