This successful sale comes nearly a year after the couple initially listed the property, marking a shift from their original asking price of $23.95 million. Despite falling short by approximately 30% from their initial valuation, the sale still represents a considerable gain of $2.7 million compared to their puгcҺɑse five years prior.
The dynamic duo’s relocation story adds to the intrigue, as they migrated within the Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood, settling into a cutting-edge 10,700-square-foot modern masterpiece in Benedict Canyon. The recently sold residence, boasting 8,500 square feet, may be somewhat smaller but геmɑins remarkable with its impressive 33-foot ceilings, a captivating sculptural staircase, and a luxurious primary suite complete with a dedicated “glam room.”
During their half-decade residence, Legend and Teigen left an indelible mark on the mansion, introducing elements such as cerused oak floors, Һоt-rolled steel walls, and ornate patterned ceilings inspired by Thailand.
