The King is in Year 21 of his NBA career and is still going strong. He remains one of the better players in the game today and is doing things that nobody ever thought would be possible.

He has helped keep the Lakers afloat this season while they have gone through some tough injury challenges. James’ has carried the Lakers, and been relied upon heavily, almost problematically, all season long.

LeBron James’ Current Injury Status For Knicks-Lakers Game

On Monday evening, the Los Angeles Lakers will host the New York Knicks in California.

For the game, they could be without one of their best players, as LeBron James is on the injury report.

James has played in 24 games so far this season and has averages of 25.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.5 steals per contest while shooting 54.5% from the field and 40.1% from the three-point range.

The Lakers are the eighth seed in the Western Conference with a 15-11 record in their first 26 games.

They are 6-4 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the San Antonio Spurs by a score of 129-115 on Friday in Texas.

In 36 minutes of playing time, James had 23 points, seven rebounds, 14 assists and two steals while shooting 7/17 from the field and 2/6 from the three-point range.

Following the Knicks, the Lakers will visit DeMar DeRozan and the Chicago Bulls at the United Center on Wednesday evening.

As for the Knicks, they are 14-11 in their first 25 games, which has them as the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference.

They are 5-5 over their last ten games and most recently lost to the Los Angeles Clippers by a score of 144-122 on Saturday in California.

Following the Lakers, the Knicks will return to New York to face off against Cam Thomas and the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center on Wednesday evening.
