LeBron James Left Dumbfounded After Bronny Suffers Referee’s Peculiar Decision
Wednesday’s game went pretty well for King James as the LA Lakers defeated the Dallas Mavericks. Just after concluding the game, LeBron rushed to the locker room to watch the rest of his son Bronny’s game against the Arizona Wildcats. The USC Trojans took a big 82-67 hit from the Arizona Wildcats yesterday. However, more than USC’s defeat there was one thing that made the 4xNBA champ upset.
Let’s find out what’s the reason behind LeBron James’ displeasure.
“Man, What!!!!”: Unhappy King exclaims
Happy with a winning game against the Dallas Mavericks, King James eagerly took off to the locker room, informing his team, “I have to go catch my son’s game real quick.” However, his enthusiasm became short-lived when he witnessed his son being called for a shot made by the freshman guard Bronny.
The second half of the match was going on when Bronny James prepared to drive in a straight line to make a shot. However, he was called out for a double dribble, mid-court.
Just after the call, Bronny looked around in disbelief and so did King James as he took the social media by storm. He posted on his Instagram stories a post captioned, “Man, What!!!!”
This has also triggered a debate on the validity of the call. Let’s look at what the fans have to say.
“How’s that double dribble“: Fans react to Bronny’s shot
A fan gave a hilarious reaction to LeBron’s comment on Bronny’s call: “Lebron gonna find that refs address.”
Another fan questioned if it was a double dribble shot saying, “Bruh did he actually double dribble or are some of yall just trolling because he’s lebron’s son. “
Taking a jab at LeBron James, a fan commented, “He gotta pay for all the times his dad doesn’t get called for it,” indicating the call on Bronny was made as compensation to LeBron James. Another one gives a similar reaction saying, “They making bro pay for lebron sins.”
Trolling the refs for calling on that clever shot, a fan said, “BRONNY CAUGHT A PASS AND STARTED DRIBBLING… refs blind b.”
Many fans reacted in unison saying, “bro caught the ball and they called a double??”
“if u don’t hoop don’t comment cs this is NOT a double dribble.”
“How is that double dribble? I seriously do not understand.”
“i don’t see what he did wrong.”
“Lebron gonna have the ref traded.”
“First time I watched it look like he had the ball the whole time then I saw it was a pass to him. No DD.”
“How is that a DD? For people saying yes look closely it was his teammate dribbling and passed it to Bronny.”
