Wizkid apparently has two Lagos residences. In Lekki, one costs N13 miℓℓio𝚗, while in Surulere, N70 miℓℓio𝚗.
Wizkid bought his Lekki house in 2013. He tweeted, “New House! Thanks, Lord! In 2016, Wizkid received a quit notice for the four-bedroom duplex at Ayinde Akinmade in Lekki Phase 1 after failing to renew the lease.
Wizkid’s favorite residence, Surulere, has no photos.
Despite the Lekki house issue, Wizkid’s Lagos property acquisitions show his success and interest in Nigerian assets.
