Estimated to cost a whopping $11.5 million, the mansion has a waterfront, an expansive pool with a spa, multiple gyms, and a capacious garage for his luxury car collection, according to reports from TMZ.

Brady, who acquired the property in 2020 while still married to Gisele Bundchen, has taken a year off after retiring from the NFL as he gets set to become a broadcaster for the 2024 NFL and beyond.

Brady is said to have bought the area for $17 million.

The football legend secured a lucrative deal with Fox as an NFL commentator, valued at $375 million over ten years. He can definitely afford anything he wants.

Bundchen purchased a 6,600-square-foot, five-bedroom estate after splitting from Brady last year. It lies on an 18,400-square-foot plot and it boasts seven bathrooms, a home theater, a gym, and a playroom at the time of purchase.

The $11.5 million mansion in Miami Beach is also within sight of her ex-husband’s home on Indian Creek Island.

“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other,” a source told Page Six in November 2022.

Now they they are split, both Brady and Bündchen have continued to call Florida home.
