Red-hot hip-hop producer DJ Khaled is too busy owning the world to spend his massive fortune. Just kidding. The All I Do Is Win impresario is doing just that—cashing in, living the dream and inviting us in (for free) every step of the way, via Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, award shows or song.

The home was designed by architect Cesar Molina.
The über hype music maestro just added a $25.9 million contemporary Miami Beach house to the expanding Khaled kingdom, topped off by a two-level gazebo and an 80-foot-long pool dope enough for swimming, wild pool parties or filming Aquaman aquatics starring his adorable 2-year-old son Asahd—already a YouTube sensation himself. After all, as a new dad, he could use the 12,750 square feet of extra space.
The limestone tropical residence features monumental wooden eaves.
DJ Khaled’s new digs include an 80-foot-long swimming pool.
If you’re unaware of DJ Khaled’s antics, you likely steer way clear of hip-hop, radio and social media. The award-winning artist-producer (real name Khaled Mohamed Khaled) is famous for crafting monster-hits with big-name artists, Snapchatting son Asahd’s birth, and shrewdly promoting himself in song via repeated self-shoutouts). DJ Khaled! The celebrity DJ has collaborated with superstars Rihanna, Jay-Z, Drake, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, and Nicki Minaj, among others.

Gazebo lower level
Now the stout, affable DJ cashes in some of that immense success. DJ Khaled’s new waterfront digs total nine bedrooms and 10-and-a-half bathrooms—including a five-bedroom main house, four-bedroom guest house, safe room, outdoor shower, home theater, elevator, and a fireplace. Designed by Cesar Molina, the limestone estate is offset and shaded by wooden eaves and soaring palm trees amid viewing terraces, lush landscaping, fountains and a waterway boat slip.
The estate spans 12,750 square feet.
The residence boasts contemporary furnishings by Holly Hunt & Christian Liagre.
The monumental Curmaru wood overhangs loom over the tropical residence’s façade, harmonious with mahogany windows and doors (including a four-door garage) and an expansive courtyard that blends indoors and outdoors.

Dining room
The double-decker gazebo houses a full kitchen-bar, bathroom, outdoor shower and a fireplace. Interior furnishings include Holly Hunt & Christian Liagre, floating stairs, meticulous wall treatments, millwork, and impeccable textiles. Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon of Douglas Elliman had the listing. Orli Rudolph of NextHome Realty Professionals represented DJ Khaled. All parties declined to comment on the sale.
One of nine bedrooms
The home has 10-and-a-half baths, including this extra-wide shower.
DJ Khaled purchased the home from Michael Lerner, the entrepreneur behind “Baby on Board” signs. No word on whether Lerner sealed the deal by tossing the social media superstar a few of those car caution diamonds for his almost famous son. Judging from Asahd’s daring pool-diving exploits and his dad’s hypersonic jet skiing infatuation, danger is “hakuna matata” (no worries) to the Khaleds.
Home theater
Floating stairs
DJ Khaled is a family man, an extremely proud father who has Asahd in tow along his dream journey. He even released a pair of Nike Jordan Brand sneakers called, “The ‘Father Of Asahd 3’s.” His son also joins him routinely on concert and award show stages. He may have more celebrity friends than Oprah already.
Expansive back courtyard
The Miami Beach estate sits on a waterway.
DJ Khaled just closed on the waterfront home. The producer previously purchased British singer Robbie Williams’ Beverly Hills estate for $9.9 million. He also owned another home in Pembroke Pines, Florida, decorated with opulent furnishings and colorful accessories.

The “I’m So Blessed” artist truly is. Now that he’s upgraded his Miami status, he’ll have more musical inspiration (and a massive pool) starring him and his son. If this is what “Suffering From Success” means, his fans are all in—DJ Khaled!
