Jennifer Lopez is becoming ‘more beautiful’ as she ages thanks to her home workout routine

Jennifer Lopez is a massive star known for her Hollywood and music career, but in recent years she has become famous for her seemingly age-defying appearance.

The singer-turned-actress recently posted a new photoshoot on her social media in a revealing black glittering waistcoat, which simply features two pieces of black fabric covering her bare best while it flows down to the floor.

Jennifer’s fans have been stunned by the photos, with many rushing to compliment her looks as, despite being 54 years old, Jlo appears to look 20 years younger and could pass for someone in their thirties.

One enthusiastic fan wrote: “Is it possible to become more beautiful as you age?” while another person commented: “Aging like fine wine! [JLO is] drop-dead gorgeous!”

However, someone close to Jlo has now revealed her secret behind looking younger, as fitness trailer Dodd Romeo has explained that the singer works extremely hard at a strict fitness regime to have her stunning physique.

In an interview with Oprah Magazine, the trainer said that Jennifer has an intense workout, training her body between one hour to four hours a day, and does this regime around four to five times a week.

It has been reported by other publications that Jlo focuses on a different body part in each fitness session particularly focused on three main muscle groups biceps, back and ‘booty’ which have been nicknamed “the three Bs” by Women’s Health Magazine.

While working out, it is said that Jlo will do 50 hanging ab rises, 50 rope crunches and 50 incline sit-ups with a 45-pound plate.

She will then repeat the set but then lower it to 35 reps before winding down further by doing another 21.

However, Jlo has been known to try out a variety of workouts to enjoy different ways of keeping fit, such as cross-fit training, lifting weights, and dancing.
