Jennifer Lopez may be 47 years old, but she’s still kicking ass. Literally.

In a selfie taken in her bedroom (with a rose gold iPhone!), Lopez sits atop her bed in a black bodysuit that also highlights ample side-boob.

But(t), Lopez’s picture was not just a humble brag; The Shades of Blue actress was apparently #feelingempowered and wanted us to take note of her “healthy body healthy mind.”

So throw on some “I’m Real” (the Ja Rule remix, not the original, for the love of pop music) and marvel at Lopez’s ability to defy laws of aging, physics and bad selfie angles.

Within two hours of being posted, JLo’s snap had sent the Internet into a tailspin, racking up more than 10,000 Likes on Twitter, dozens of “slay queens” and a bevy of drooling GIFs that bow down to the mother of two.
