Retired NFL quarterback Tom Brady is making sure to soak up all the Florida sun he can as winter draws closer.

The 46-year-old NFL legend was recently spotted sun tanning on his luxurious $6 million yacht in Miami, Florida. Let’s just say that the former New England Patriot and Tampa Bay Buccaneer has never looked more relaxed:

Indeed, that looks like a man who’s fully at peace with his decision to step away from football.

Brady initially retired in February 2022, soon after his Bucs were eliminated by the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Divisional Round. 40 days later, however, Brady announced that he was coming back for a 23rd season.

The three-time league MVP helped the Buccaneers win the NFC South division crown despite a disappointing 8-9 record. However, they were crushed by the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card Round, and Brady announced his retirement for good on Feb. 1.

Fast forward nearly nine months later, and it’s evident that Brady truly meant it the second time when he said he was retired. He’s close to becoming part owner of the NFL’s Las Vegas Raiders, who are owned by Mark Davis.

The deal hasn’t been finalized, however, and it’s unclear when the agreement will be completed. As well, Brady is set to make the transition into the FOX NFL broadcast booth next year, where he’ll work alongside sideline reporter Erin Andrews and play-by-play voice Kevin Burkhardt.
