Is Tom Brady alluding to something with his recent message?

The retired quarterback posted a cryptic quote to his Instagram stories about the heart of a man as well as things about cheating as everyone tries to guess what the 46-year-old former star quarterback is referring to.

The quote in question is titled “A Man is His Heart,” from a famous speech Muhammad Ali gave while speaking out against apartheid and racial injustice at the United Nations in 1978.

“The personality of a person. The ways of a person. His thoughts. His deeds. His actions. Are all based on his heart,” the quote reads. “For what is a man? A man is his heart. A lying cheating heart means a lying cheating man. A loving merciful heart means a loving merciful man. A living heart means a living man. A dead heart means a dead man. Regardless to man’s title. Regardless to man’s rank, wealth, or position, if the heart is not great then he cannot not be great. But if the heart is great then man remains great under all circumstances, rich or poor, large or small, for it is the heart that makes one large or small.”

“Be proud of the man in the glass!” Brady added in his own caption.

It’s unclear what Brady was referring to, but his puzzling post comes a year after he and his wife of 13 years ended their marriage for good in October 2022.

Before that went down, he and the Victoria’s Secret Angel were living separately for months before they decided to end it all. At the time, it was reported that had a fight that involved Brady’s refusal to retire from his football career.

Many thought at the time Gisele Bündchen and Joaquim Valente were an item as they could be seen spending a ton of time together before and after the marriage ended, but she has denied that on several occasions.

The former New England Patriots quarterback had famously retired during the 2022 offseason, only to come back 40 days later.

He retired for a second and final time in February 2023.
