(TC) Madden 24 Turmoil: EA Servers Struggle as Gamers Cry Foul!

HUNDREDS of Madden NFL 24 players are experiencing issues playing the game.

The reports of issues hit Downdetector just before 7 pm ET on Tuesday as gamers complain of server connection issues.

Over 75% of reported problems are related to server connection, according to the site.

“Just came home to relax and play madden. You wouldnt guess what happened… EA Servers are down,” one player complained on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Madden NFL Direct also posted on X that there is maintenance for Madden NFL 24 scheduled for tomorrow morning – and EA Servers added a graphic saying “maintenance coming.”

Reports begin to drop

After spiking with over 500 reports on Downdetector, the problems seem to be dropping off.

As of 10 pm ET, just over 400 gamers are still reporting issues.

The game has acknowledged the outage on social media.

“We’re aware and investigating some Xbox users unable to access online modes in Madden 24, Madden 23, and Madden 22,” Madden NFL’s official account posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.
