(TC) Patrick Mahomes Spills the Tea: Inside The Relationship With Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce!
NFL star Patrick Mahomes has discussed how his relationship with pop sensation Taylor Swift has grown over this past season.
Swift became a regular figure at Kansas City Chiefs games throughout their most recent Super Bowl run as her relationship with tight end Travis Kelce blossomed.

The couple went public in September and her frequent appearances at games in support of her beau prompted the team’s fanbase to swell with Swifties.
As Kelce and Swift’s relationship has grown, so too has her relationship with those close to him, including quarterback Mahomes and his wife Brittany – with whom she regularly shared a suite at games.
In a recent interview with Time, who named Mahomes one of their 100 Most Influential People, he opened up on his relationship with the Cruel Summer singer.
“I’ve met a lot of famous people now in my life,” he admitted.
“Taylor’s probably the most down-to-earth person that’s been on that stage for that long.”
Mahomes went on to note how he has noticed that Swift is “never not working.”
“Even when she’s taking her downtime, she’s working on something.
“Shooting a music video or singing a song or writing a song. You can see it by how she talks.
“Even when she’s talking about football, when she’s learning it, you can see her business mind putting it together.
“It’s almost like she’s trying to become a coach. ‘Why can’t you try this, this, and this?’ She’s asking the right questions.”
Not that football was new to Swift, who had previously admitted to being a Philadelphia Eagles fan.
In fact, she had even met Chiefs head coach Andy Reid during his tenure in Philly.
Fast forward to 2024 and Mahomes noted how the Chiefs have swiftly gone from being “a nationwide team that was kind of global to a full global worldwide team”
“That came from Taylor’s fanbase.”

And despite rumors to the contrary, this added attention was far from a distraction within Arrowhead Stadium – something Reid has also previously emphasized.
Instead, Mahomes said they “embraced” the attention.
“We like having that visibility,” he said.
“At the end of the day, football has always been this bruising sport.
“We want to make it fun, where kids grow up and play football and show their personality and be who they are.

“This year really magnified that.”
Swift’s presence has not only drawn more eyes to the NFL but also massively impacted the size of the league’s wallet.
In February, following the Chiefs’ win at Super Bowl LVIII, chairman of the Los Angeles-based PR firm Reputation Management Consultants Eric Schiffer, estimated that her involvement in the Super Bowl would be worth in the region of a billion dollars to the NFL.
Schiffer explained to The U.S. Sun that this was “because it will bring Gen Z, Millennial, and Gen X women to tune in and to watch longer.”
Ultimately, an average of 123.4 million people tuned in to CBS around the country for the Super Bowl – a new high for the title game.
