Ja Morant Should Be Worried After ESPN’s Keyshawn Johnson Says ‘’Notable Gang Members’ From LA Are Not Happy With Him (VIDEO)

Ja Morant is drawing ire from just about every group after showing up in yet another Instagram live video holding a gun, even gang members .

ESPN’s Keyshawn Johnson made note of this during Monday’s episode of Keyshawn, JWill & Max, pointing out that the boys in these streets are mad at the Memphis Grizzlies star because he’s trying his best to throw away the life they would do anything to have.

Ja Morant smiling and laughing.

Morant has been suspended by the Grizzlies and is facing the possibility of a significant ban from the NBA, having already served an eight-game suspension during the regular season for the same thing just two months ago.

According to Johnson, a notable gang member from a powerful Los Angeles crew is displeased with Ja’s behavior.

“A notable gang member of a certain very powerful gang here in L.A. didn’t like the fact that Ja was doing those things in some of his games, along with portraying himself, to a degree, as some sort of hip-hop street gangster growing up in the hood when he hasn’t,” the former NFL wide receiver said, per Barrett Sports Media (H/T the New York Post).

“Those are the sort of things that I worry about because you’re aligning yourself in a position that you know nothing about at all whatsoever – zero about. That’s where I look at the team and the league and to be able to say, ‘You’ve got to get him the necessary help that he needs; serious help.’”

In the video below, Johnson recalls getting shot while warning Morant that he is not from the streets and shouldn’t want to be.

“People from the streets are kind of ticked off by his behavior because they would die to be in his shoes,” he remarked.

A video of Crips member Bricc Baby has also surfaced online in which the rapper calls the NBA star out for being fake.

“He ain’t f**king with the gangland like that,” Bricc Baby is heard saying. “You throwing them ‘Ns’ up, that’s gonna cost you. … What you wanna do, pay the crips for the rest of your life?”

It’s unclear as to whether that’s what Johnson was referring to or if he was speaking on his own information. Either way, Ja needs to chill.
