Although Ariana Grande continues to enjoy the sweet success of her latest album, ‘Eternal Sunshine’ (glowing atop the Billboard 200 for a second week while its former Hot 100 chart-topping single, ‘We Can’t Be Friends,’ remained in the latter tally’s top 5), her dedicated fans – affectionately called #Arianators – have far from abandoned her hits of yesteryear.

A recent update from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) supports that notion as some of her most popular titles have seen notable certification upgrades.

Details inside.

Taking to press on Thursday (March 21), the RIAA revealed four entries from Grande’s discography moved up on the certification ladder.

With the 2019-released ‘Rings,’ Ariana is one certification away from nabbing the first Diamond-certified single of her career. For context, “Diamond” denotes sales equivalence of 10 million in the United States while “Platinum” refers to sales equivalence of 1 million in the same territory.

Cumulatively, the updates seen above push her digital single sales to 86.5 million in the U.S. – making her one of the best-selling female artists of all time. Among women, only Katy Perry (112 million), Beyonce (114.5 million), Taylor Swift (137.5 million), and Rihanna (166.5 million) have sold more.
