The Golden State Warriors are looking to successfully defend their NBA title, having made it to the second round of the playoffs after a tough seven-game series vs. the Sacramento Kings.

They’re locked 1-1 with the Los Angeles Lakers ahead of their clash this Saturday night and will hope to move ahead of their Western Conference rivals with a second straight win.

Jordan Poole, who had a breakout season in 2021/22 and was instrumental in the Dubs’ run to a championship, isn’t playing quite up to scratch this season. But it’s not the only reason he’s getting stick as of late.

The guard is reported to have blown $500,000 on a recent date with female rapper Ice Spice, buying her designer clothes and a Maybach truck.

Hip-hop legend Cam’ron was none too pleased after catching wind of this and got rather personal with the NBA player, calling him a “munch.”

“Jordan Poole, you spent $500,000 on an Ice Spice date, You’re a munch, and you’re playing like a f**king munch. This is not you from last year, bro,” the rapper said on his “It is What It Is” podcast with Mase.

“Go back to Milwaukee and figure it the f**k out and get back in the playoffs ’cause you look crazy. ‘Cause I had your back last year! You got n****s out here talking ’bout, ‘What was all that Jordan Poole you was poppin’?’ You f**kin’ a munch. Nah, he’s a munch, ’cause I had his back.”

Poole hasn’t gone public with his relationship with Ice Spice but the news of his expensive date has been rife. The fact that his production has waned in these playoffs isn’t doing him any favors either.

The 23-year-old averaged 17.0 points per game while shooting 50.8 percent from the field and 39.4 percent from three in the postseason last year. He earned himself a four-year deal worth $140 million ahead of the current campaign.

He’s averaging 12.3 points per contest this time around and has also gotten criticized for missing a potentially game-tying three against the Lakers in the first game of their series.

“Jordan Poole was in the G League, and then he had the comeback, and I’m like, ‘Yeah, n***a got his just due,’ Now, you a munch,” Camron added. “I better see a f**king difference. I’m sick of that n***a. You was wilding, you could’ve got her a pizza. I didn’t mean to go that deep on Jordan Poole, but I’m sick of this sh*t with him.”

The Warriors will play the Lakers in Game 3 at the latter’s Crypto.com Arena at 8:30 PM ET tonight.
