The Oklahoma City Thunder guard is being investigated on the back of claims accusing him of having an intimate relationship with a minor, with both the NBA and local authorities looking into the matter.

According to the aforementioned publication, which cites sources who spoke to Code Sports, the 21-year-old met the California teen shown in photos back when he was 19. It’s reported that they hooked up at a nightclub, with Josh believing she was also 19 as that particular spot only allows admission to people over 18.

The player is said to have broken things off the following day after realizing the female was under 18.

Giddey remains under investigation, but the girl and her parents are reportedly refusing to cooperate.
