LeBron James' family celebrates as Lakers star becomes NBA's all-time leading scorer

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – FEBRUARY 07: LeBron James #6 of the Los Angeles Lakers reacts with Savannah James, Bronny James, Zhuri James and Bryce James after scoring to pass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar to become the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, surpassing Abdul-Jabbar’s career total of 38,387 points against the Oklahoma City Thunder at Crypto.com Arena on February 07, 2023 in Los Angeles, California.

Kareem had held the record since 1984 and, at one time, it seemed like no one would usurp him. However, LBJ has set himself atop the category and appears to be keen on putting even more distance between himself and the 75-year-old as he looks like he’s rumored to be planning to play for at least a few more seasons.

LeBron’s historic night brought numerous celebrities to the Lakers’ Crypto.com Arena but the folks who meant the most to him, his family, were on hand to watch. While the night belonged to the 38-year-old star, his wife Savannah’s outfit is what’s gone viral.
